Dead drops work in two ways — they are not the same page.

1. Pickup from the map. The dead-drop map lists only packs already on the ground. You see pins, filter cities that have pins, pick, pay with Bitcoin or Monero, and get the exact point. There are no coverage rings or 12-hour circles on that map.

2. 12-hour delivery in regular shopping. If you want the shop to place a new pack within 12 hours, go to the shop, add goods, and at checkout choose dead-drop delivery with the 12-hour option. You pin a point inside coverage there — that is not the ready-pickup map.

Short version: the map is what you can collect now. Regular checkout is where you request a 12-hour drop.
